Land Negotiation - Seller's agent difficult to communicate ... - Zillow ...

I would suggest having your agent contact the selling agents principle broker (Broker in Charge). ?

Having your agent contact the seller directly could possibly be a violation of the Realtor's code of ethics.

Good luck, I know these situations can be frustrating.
